Directions

Vaporization: In approximately 20ml. of water dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil into the oil burner. Light candle under the burner and let the aroma diffuse around the room. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of oil to a handkerchief or tissue, hold near the nose for a few moments and inhale the vapors.
